Vivriti Asset Management, a credit-focused asset manager, recently concluded the closing of its diversified bond fund strategy, attracting more than USD 200 million in commitments.
This strategy, introduced in early 2022, consists of three category-II credit Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs): the Vivriti Wealth Optimizer Fund, the Vivriti Emerging Corporate Bond Fund and the Vivriti Alpha Debt Fund – Enhanced.
Since January 2022, Vivriti has deployed an impressive sum of Rs 1,400 crore across 40 different investees as part of its diversified bond funds. These investees primarily operate in key sectors such as airports, clean energy, road construction, fertilizer manufacturing, thermal energy, financial services, logistics and other related services like software services and managed offices.
Vivriti identifies these businesses as beneficiaries of public capital expenditure, domestic consumption, digitisation and the positive momentum of the ongoing energy transition.
To date, Vivriti has raised commitments of over USD 450 million across all of its strategies. However, it is important to note that the strategies are currently closed for fresh commitments, as stated by the company.
