
SuperOps.ai, an IT management platform, raised USD 12.4 million in Series B funding round. The funding was led by Addition and March Capital, with participation from Matrix Partners India. In total, the startup has received USD 29.4 million in investment.
SuperOps.ai was founded in 2020 and offers a unified PSA-RMM platform for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). It aims to streamline IT management by combining remote monitoring and management of client assets with professional services automation functionalities. This includes service desk, cash flow management, reporting, and client management.
The MSP industry, which is worth USD 280 billion, is largely made up of small- and medium-sized businesses. SuperOps.ai plans to invest in enhancing its AI capabilities with the recent funding.
In the past year, the company claims to have achieved a 300 per cent customer growth rate.
