According to media reports, the investment was from a consortium of investors, including Union Square Ventures, Prime Venture Partners, ITIGO Funds and others.
Founded in 2003, Union Square Ventures is a venture capital firm based in New York. The firm prefers to invest in seed-stage, early-stage and later-stage companies.
Prime Venture Partners is a venture capital firm that typically invest in consumer, B2B, SaaS, web3, education, fintech, healthcare, logistics, mobility and gaming sectors. Founded in 2011 and is based in Bengaluru, India.
The company said that it will use the funds for charging network expansion, product enhancement, operating system deployment, talent acquisition and international expansion.
