True North, a private equity firm, is set to make a strategic investment of up to USD 75 million over the next 12 months to secure a minority stake in iLink Digital, a global provider of advanced digital transformation solutions, according to media reports.

This substantial investment is being made through True North’s Fund VI and represents the fund’s third foray into the technology services sector. The financial advisory services for this capital infusion were expertly provided by Lincoln International.

According to the company’s official statement, iLink Digital plans to leverage these funds to advance its mergers and acquisitions (M&A) strategy, with a focus on enhancing its deep domain knowledge and technology expertise. Additionally, a portion of the investment proceeds will be allocated to initiatives aimed at further strengthening iLink’s relationships with both employees and clients.
