Yatra IPO (Initial Public Offering) on Thursday, got a weak start with a discounted listing of more than 7 per cent on NSE and BSE Exchange. Yatra IPO listed at Rs.127.50 on NSE. The issue price for the IPO was Rs 142.
Yatra Online IPO, which opened for public subscription on 21 September 2023, was listed on NSE and BSE on 28 September.
The IPO comprised a total of 5,45,77,465 equity shares, including a fresh issue of 4,23,94,366 equity shares and an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 1,21,83,099 equity shares. The price band for the IPO was fixed at Rs 135-142 per equity share.
The company intends to raise the total capital of Rs 755 crore. The IPO raised 348.75 crore in the anchor round.
Yatra reported net profit of Rs 7.6 crore in FY23. The company reported losses for the FY23 coupled with negative cash flow. Yatra Online claims to be India’s third-largest online travel firm in terms of gross booking and operating revenue for FY23.
