Flipkart’s investment arm, Flipkart Ventures, said on Monday that it is investing in five startups as part of its accelerator program, Flipkart Leap Ahead (FLA). Currently in its second year, the program will provide funding to the selected startups, which include Algomage, Castler, FlexifyMe, NimbleBOx.ai and Recircle.

Among the selected startups, Algomage uses machine learning to automate end-to-end image post-production, while FlexifyMe is an AI-backed physiotherapy platform that focuses on musculoskeletal disorder care.

It is worth noting that Flipkart’s investment arm has a fund of over USD 100 million and a portfolio of more than 15 companies, including BeatO, Finbox, Goat Brand Labs, Hyperface, Livwell, Neuropixel, Rightbot and others.

Starting this month, the accelerator program has opened applications for its third cohort of startups.
