A fractional ownership unit of holiday homes and hotel suites, HotelYaari, has raised seed funding of USD 2.7 million from Alios Ventures. The complete funding is to be done in three equal installments over the next three years, according to the company.
The platform primarily caters to middle-class customers and allows them to own shares of a property without owning it completely.
Janardan Tiwari, CEO and Founder of HotelYaari, stated that the funding from Alios Ventures will be used to hire more individuals to meet the demands of holiday homes and suites.
After the development, John Park, Advisory Head of Alios Ventures, mentioned that the platform will bring about a positive change, providing unprecedented access to holiday homes and suites across the world.
