Automobile major Tata Motors said that it will establish a distinct sales network for its EVs (Electric Vehicles) segment vehicles. The said decision is in line with the development of a dedicated environmental friendly vehicle sales network for buyers.
Initially the company would aim to set up the network in the cities that have recorded a high EV sales growth.
MD of Tata Motors Passengers Vehicle, Sailesh Chandra, stated the EV is witnessing a rising trend of 13 per cent among total sales in Tata motors. Currently, Tata motors is aiming EV to account for half of the market share among passenger vehicles by 2030.
