Chargebee, a subscription management platform, has laid off around 100-120 employees, which is approximately 10 per cent of its workforce. The CEO, Krish Subramanian, attributed the job cuts to changes in the market.

In compliance with the relevant labour laws in each country, the company has claimed to offer severance packages to the affected employees.

Chargebee offers billing and subscriptions for startups and large enterprises. Recently it reduced the workforce due to economic factors. It has raised USD 470 million in funding so far.
