Atomicwork, a San Francisco and Bengaluru-based startup that uses conversational intelligence to automate support, service delivery, and operations at scale, has raised USD 11 million in seed funding.
The round was led by Matrix Partners India and Blume Ventures, with participation from Storm Ventures, Neon Fund, and angel investors.
The startup will use the funding to invest in product development, engineering, and marketing activities. Atomicwork’s AI-powered assistant, Atom, learns from internal documentation and conversations to assist employees with their questions and requests without human intervention. The assistant can be integrated with collaboration tools such as Slack and Microsoft Teams.
Atomicwork was founded in September 2022 by Rayapati, Kiran Darisi, and Parsuram Vijayasankar. Rayapati’s previous startup, Minjar, was acquired in 2018 by Nutanix, where he served as vice president and general manager. Darisi and Vijayasankar were both part of the founding team of Freshworks.
