Content-to-commerce company The Good Glamm Group has extended its partnership with logistics firm Delhivery to implement end-to-end supply chain solutions and increase customer satisfaction.
The D2C group now uses Delhivery’s full suite of supply chain solutions, including warehousing and transportation, for part-truckload freight, full-truckload freight and last-mile customer deliveries.
Delhivery said that this partnership has improved their order-to-delivery time by 24 hours in more than 500 cities across India. Likewise, The Good Glamm Group said that the partnership has helped them reach their consumers nationwide and increase their customer base pan-India.
Delhivery’s recently launched consumer communication application has also enabled the Good Glamm Group’s customers to engage in real-time with the brand.
The Good Glamm Group also leveraged Delhivey’s pan-India network to reach Tier 3 and 4 markets, where the logistics company has a strong presence. The two companies have accelerated their partnership in terms of technology as well.
