ProfitWheel, a software-as-a-service startup, announced on Tuesday that it has raised Rs 10 crore (approximately $1.2 million) in pre-Series A funding from Ashutosh Garg (co-founder and CEO of Eightfold AI), Amit Singhal (former head of Google Search), and Nigel Morris (former Dentsu International).
Netcore Cloud, an existing investor, also participated in the round.
ProfitWheel will use the additional funds to hire more employees and expand its product and marketing footprints.
The startup, founded in 2020 by Vivek Bhargava, Gautam Mehra, and Aman Khanna, specialises in performance marketing and programmatic advertising. ProfitWheel received $3 million in seed funding from Netcore Cloud and angel investors in October of last year.
