According to the report, Delhi is the most booked business city, followed closely by Hyderabad. Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Chennai are the other top cities.
Bookings in Hyderabad have increased by 100 per cent year on year, while bookings in Delhi have increased by 50 per cent. Bengaluru experienced 128 per cent growth, while Kolkata and Chennai experienced 96 per cent and 103 per cent growth, respectively.

Explaining the growth in business travel, Kavikrut, Chief Growth Officer, OYO, said, “The swing of the pendulum is now clearly visible in business travel, and we are expecting this trend to continue. Demand is picking up across all key business cities, which confirms that the recovery is broad-based.”

He added that we have introduced special programmes to ensure a hassle-free stay experience for business travellers. Customers with corporate affiliations can benefit from curated stay options, highly personalised customer service, and integration with their accounting system.

The company confirmed that business travel began to show signs of recovery in January of this year, with a new fiscal year beginning in April.

As work-related travel became more important for many businesses, the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment also contributed to growth.
