Monsoon CreditTech, a fintech startup, announced on Wednesday that it had raised funds led by HDFC Capital. Several existing and new investors participated in the fundraise, including DMI Alternative Investment Fund – The Sparkle Fund, US-based Top Shelf Equity Partners, and prominent angel investors such as Vellayan Subbiah and Akash Bhanshali of the Enam Group.
Monsoon CreditTech serves a wide range of financial service providers, including banks, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), housing finance companies (HFCs), and fintech firms. Monsoon CreditTech’s models and platforms are used by over 25 lenders for a variety of loan and deposit portfolios.
Monsoon CreditTech also announced the launch of Thoth, a game-changing proprietary analytics platform. The platform would allow any company to build advanced, ready-to-deploy machine learning models in 4 to 6 hours and test them on real-world data.
