CitiusTech, a leading provider of technology and consulting services to healthcare and life sciences companies, announced today that it has incorporated Bain Capital Private Equity as an investor, joining existing shareholder BPEA EQT, which purchased a majority stake in CitiusTech in 2019. The financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

Since partnering with BPEA EQT in 2019, the company’s revenue has more than doubled. According to Bhaskar Sambasivan, Chief Executive Officer of CitiusTech, the Bain Capital investment will help the company scale and innovate, better serve existing and new customers, and enable healthcare organisations to become more care-efficient, personalised, and data-driven.

CitiusTech, founded in 2005, offers a variety of digital healthcare technology and consulting services to over 130 leading healthcare and life sciences organisations, assisting them in delivering better outcomes, transforming care and business processes, and making a meaningfully positive impact on patients.

CitiusTech has recently acquired FluidEdge and SDLC Partners, allowing it to provide deep healthcare domain consulting and end-to-end digital transformation solutions across its key markets of MedTech, payers, providers, and life sciences.
