The Gozoop Group has acquired Digital Agency Stratton Communications. This is Gozoop’s fifth acquisition. After the acquisition is over, Stratton will be rebranded as Sm(all) and will have Siddhanth Valecha as its CEO. The brand will focus on challenger brands under Gozoop. While the agency will be working independently as an independent it will help their consumers cum achieve audience engagement through digital marketing-based advertisements primarily on short-form-based content platforms. At a macro level, it will report to Gozoop Board.
The agency wants to be recognized for using human insights to unlock authentic brand experiences that drive meaningful engagements primarily on short-form content platforms. With Siddhanth Valecha as the CEO of Sm(all), the agency will operate independently within the group and will report to the Gozoop Board.
This is Gozoop Group’s fifth acquisition globally and fourth acquisition in India. Its earlier agency acquisitions include the 2013 Red Digital, iThink in 2014, 56 Blue Lights in 2016, and Hat Media in 2018.
