Y Combinator Winter 21 batch start-up Betterhalf.ai has raised $3 million in a pre-Series A round of funding. The start-up will use the funding to build monetization features, boost its app engagement, and product discovery across channels.
This round saw participation from marquee angel investors like Samvit Ramadurgam and Kunal Shah. In addition, venture capital firms like Quiet Capital, and S2 Capital also participated.
Betterhalf.ai had raised $2.3 million in its seed funding round earlier from Tribe Capital, Y Combinator, Saurabh Garg Founder, CBO, NoBroker, Nurture Ventures, and Shailesh Rao, former-MD of Google India, former Partner, TPG Capital.
Founded in 2016 by Rahul Namdev and Pawan Gupta, the AI-driven platform uses predictive analysis, prepares a compatibility score to help professionals find an appropriate match based on relationship dimensions and their interactions on the application.
