InterviewVector has raised an undisclosed amount of Seed funding led by Titan Capital. This round also saw the participation of Vijay Aggarwal, First Cheque, Haresh Chawla, Varun Alagh, among others. The funds will be utilized for hiring across business and technology roles, with the aim of establishing a stronger foothold across India, while building technology capabilities on the platform.
InterviewVector (IV) was founded in 2020 by sibling duo Sachin Mittal and Aashish Mittal, to resolve the issues faced by a company while taking an interview in any organization. It works on interview-as-a-service model, making the process easier for companies, which are otherwise open to spending millions of dollars in cash, time, and energy to hire the right talent. Their platform connects organizations to on-demand pre-vetted interviewing panels which provide more scale and better flexibility to schedule and conduct interviews. It offers a superior interview experience for the candidate while maintaining efficiency and accuracy, and a bias-free, fresh external perspective for hiring.
IV’s vision is to build a global platform to address the hiring challenges faced by enterprises and start-ups from end to end. The platform is already on the track to hit a $1 Million USD Average Rate Of Return (ARR) in the upcoming few months. Currently, the platform has partnered with MindTickle, BharatPe, Trell, Syfe, IndiaGold, PagarBook, in addition to 50 start-ups.
